image002.jpgThe group will offer its full range of services through its real estate, fund and employee services, corporate and private wealth divisions, including the formation and domiciliation of companies and investment funds and the provision of directors and accounting/administration services.

JTC Luxembourg is licensed and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier as a Domiciliation and Registrar Agent.

Langford is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years experience in UK and international property markets and will focus on international real estate client matters, while Schrijen is a Dutch tax lawyer who has worked directly in the trust industry in both Luxembourg and Switzerland for the last six years.

“Luxembourg has established itself as the prime jurisdiction in Europe for the management and administration of investment vehicles and funds,” said Schrijen.

“In light of the upcoming European Union Alternative Investment Fund Manager and Ucits IV Directives, we expect this position to be further strengthened.  This is, therefore, an excellent time for Jersey Trust Company to open in Luxembourg, where there is continued growth in the demand for fund administration.”
