Fiscal pact is not negotiable

Jean-Claude Juncker has already informed the new elected French president François Hollande that the European Union’s fiscal pact could not be renegotiated. According to him, it is impossible to change the content of this fiscal pact. However, Hollande attempted to ask for a negociation, which could not be received.
